Job summary

GlobalConnect is seeking a Performance Management, Lean & Continuous Improvement Lead for a Nordic scope spanning Denmark, Sweden and Norway. You will establish a unified approach and collaborate with management teams to improve delivery, productivity, and customer experience.

You will design KPI dashboards, drive cross-functional improvements, and mentor leaders in practical problem-solving. The role emphasizes ownership, pace, and measurable outcomes in a Nordic setting.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within Performance Management and Lean.
• Experience implementing Performance Management and Lean across countries, functions, and units.
• Operational or production environment experience.
• Proven track record turning insights into concrete improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a common Nordic Performance Management and Lean system with KPIs and dashboards.
• Build and prioritize a Nordic pipeline of Continuous Improvement initiatives and drive root-cause analysis.
• Train and coach leaders and employees in Performance Management, Lean, and problem-solving.
• Track realised improvements with stakeholders and explore further automation opportunities.
