Job summary

GlobalConnect is seeking a Sourcing & Vendor Performance Lead to drive a Nordic approach to supplier management across Delivery & Access Lines. You will create transparency, improve performance and balance internal capabilities with external partners.

You will work across countries, aligning procurement, delivery management and finance to deliver measurable savings, quality improvements, and seamless supplier governance. Fluency in English; Scandinavian skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management.
• Proven track record with make-or-buy decisions and delivery-model changes.
• Strong experience with contracts, pricing models, SLAs, tenders and negotiations.
• Ability to connect commercial terms with operational performance and cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Nordic sourcing strategy across Nordic Underlay Delivery & Line Management.
• Participate in procurement processes with operational requirements, volumes and performance data.
• Lead implementation and transition of new sourcing models while protecting production and knowledge.
• Build transparency by comparing contracts, capacity, costs and performance across countries.
