Job summary

atNorth is seeking a skilled CSA Project Manager to lead end-to-end Civil, Structural, and Architectural scope for Nordic data center projects. The role is based in Haugesund with daily on-site work, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external contractors to keep schedules, budgets, and quality on track.

You will drive integrated CSA schedules, manage procurement, and ensure compliance with design drawings, calculations, and Norwegian codes, while promoting a safety-first culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project or construction management.
• Deep knowledge of Norwegian building codes and health & safety regulations.
• Experience with Design & Build contracts and Norwegian standards.
• Experience from data centers or heavy infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate CSA construction activities and site teams.
• Act as primary contact for civil, structural, and architectural design and status.
• Develop and manage integrated CSA schedules and identify critical paths.
• Oversee procurement, package preparation, and contract negotiations for CSA contractors.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with drawings and codes.
• Coordinate with Design, MEP, Security, Operations, and Commissioning teams.
• Produce decision-gate documentation, cash flow forecasts, and progress reports.
• Champion a 'Safety First' culture on site and ensure HSE compliance.
• Support handover activities ensuring quality of deliverables.
