CxS Nordics, part of the CTS Group, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop our technical teams across complex projects from our Oslo office, with travel to project sites as required. You will ensure the right people, competence and resources are in place, coordinate across multiple projects, and support Commissioning Managers and project teams to sustain progress, quality and delivery.

Formación

• Experience leading or coordinating technical personnel across multiple projects.
• Strong experience with resource planning, staffing and coordination.
• Background in electrical services, commissioning, construction or technical environments.
• Excellent communication with technicians, project teams, management and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support a defined team of Commissioning Managers, Commissioning Leads and Commissioning Technicians.
• Plan and coordinate resources across projects, including rotation schedules and vacation planning.
• Oversee projects from start to handover with focus on staffing, progress and service delivery.
• Support recruitment and interviewing of technical staff with COO.
• Ensure competence and training records are maintained.
