• Define and drive the go-to-market strategy for key industrial end-user segments across the Nordic and Baltic region.
• Help transform positioning to shift conversations from products to software-enabled solutions and outcomes.
• Develop, launch and report on integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, demand generation and conversion.
• Partner with sales, business units and segment leaders to identify growth opportunities and create market propositions.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams and external agencies to adapt global initiatives, create local relevance and maximize market impact.
• Lead Account-Based Marketing initiatives and targeted engagement programs for strategic customers and priority growth opportunities.
• Measure, optimize and continuously improve marketing performance using data and outcomes.
