Job summary

Omron Electronics S.p.A. seeks a Components Marketing Specialist (Nordic) to join the Nordic & Baltic marketing team. The role supports awareness and growth of Sensor & Components through distributors and direct sales, across Oslo and other Nordic locations.

You will drive campaigns, enable sales teams, engage customers, and research local markets to strengthen performance in the Nordic region.

Qualifications

Technical Bachelor (HBO) in Engineering or higher.
Marketing and digital marketing knowledge with some formal training.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Strong communication and training skills.
Robust technical foundation and strong commercial acumen.
Experience working with Nordic distributors/wholesalers.
Fluent English skills (spoken and written) and at least one Nordic language.
Proactive, enthusiastic, passionate and thoughtful.

Responsibilities

Drive awareness, demand and sales of Sensor & Components ranges in Nordic markets.
Plan and execute targeted product campaigns with distributors and partners.
Equip direct and distributor sales teams with tools, content and product knowledge.
Demonstrate product capabilities and support adoption with customers and partners.
Conduct local market research and track developments to strengthen commercial performance.
