Job summary

MountainTop Life-Sciences is seeking a Sales & Product Specialist to drive growth in Norway, home-based with Oslo area preference. You will develop new business, manage key customer relationships, and identify tender opportunities while introducing advanced laboratory equipment to hospitals and diagnostic labs.

Ideal candidates bring experience in MedTech or diagnostics sales, a lab background, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling to hospitals and pathology labs.

Responsibilities

• Developing the Norwegian market and relationships with hospitals and pathology laboratories.
• Managing existing customers and identifying growth opportunities.
• Identifying tenders and public procurement opportunities.
• Introducing laboratory equipment and solutions to customers.
• Understanding laboratory workflows to match technologies.
• Managing sales activities, CRM pipeline and forecasting.
• Collaborating with Nordic colleagues in sales, product management and technical support.
