You’ll be a key technical owner, shaping long-term customer partnerships in a dynamic maritime environment.

Qualifications

• Technical background, ideally in the marine industry
• Hands-on understanding of marine automation
• Customer relationship building
• Fluent in English and Norwegian
• Proficient with CRM and standard office tools
• Work with sustainable maritime solutions

Responsibilities

• Customer ownership: own a portfolio of key customers as their main technical contact.
• Agreements & contracts: Own and follow up digital service agreements, including lifecycle-based subscriptions.
• Technical upgrades: identify upgrades and 5-year service activities for customers.
• Commercial input: provide Sales with accurate technical input for quotations.
• Internal coordination: coordinate across Service, Engineering, and Operations to deliver high-quality support.
• CRM & reporting: maintain CRM records and monitor customer satisfaction.
