Job summary

Corvus Energy in Bergen, Norway is seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage inbound and outbound logistics, support production, and maintain accurate ERP records. You will coordinate with project management, supply chain and service teams to ensure smooth material flow.

The role requires a Certificate in Logistics and at least 2 years of warehouse operations experience, plus ERP/MS Office skills and a valid truck certificate.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems to track inbound/outbound inventory.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 for logistics documentation.
• Truck certificate T1-T2-T4 preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound parts for production and service.
• Coordinate outbound projects and shipments.
• Support production with components as needed.
• Update ERP system for inbound and outbound activities.
• Conduct incoming inspection administration.
• Perform general warehouse maintenance and cycle counts.
• Load and unload goods from Lorries and containers.

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operator with a strong background in the field of Warehouse Operations to join our team in Bergen, Norway.

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the safe handling and correct registration of inventory and coordinating shipments with stakeholders (project management, supply chain and service). This role also supports the production line with parts and monitors inventory

Responsibilities

• Inbound process: all parts for production and service
• Outbound process: projects
• Support production with components
• Update ERP system accordingly for both inbound and outbound processes.
• Incoming inspection administration
• General warehouse maintenance and cycle counting
• Loading and unloading Lorries and containers

Education and Work Experience

• Certificate of Apprenticeship in Logistics
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in warehouse operations, etc.

Functional Skills

• Experience with ERP tools and MS Office 365
• Truck certificate T1-T2-T4
• Good English skills, both written and oral
