Job summary

Strava is seeking a fixed-term People Ops Admin and Workplace Coordinator to cover a 12‑month leave, supporting our People Ops Specialist and Senior Workplace Coordinator across onboarding, employee data, compliance, and London office setup. You’ll work closely with both specialists and be the first point of contact for London‑based staff on everyday workplace needs.

We follow a flexible hybrid model, with more than half your time on-site in our London office, three days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/People Ops at a tech company or startup.
• Experience contributing to workplace or in-office initiatives.
• High attention to detail and follow-through on admin/compliance tasks.
• Proactive, accountable approach; takes ownership.
• Strong organizational and project management instincts.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus.
• Experience supporting an office move or fit-out is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day People Ops administration (onboarding, data, compliance).
• Coordinate logistics for our London office with vendors and scheduling.
• Serve as a responsive contact for London-based employees on workplace needs.
• Track multiple People Ops / Workplace initiatives and flag risks.
• Maintain records across People systems (e.g., Workday) and trackers.
• Escalate issues to the right person promptly.
