Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using Excel, Power BI, SAP, or other data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience in logistics operations and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve warehouse operations quality (Warehouse SLA & Logistics KPI).
• Generate insights through data analysis and prepare reports.
• Assist in developing and maintaining logistics procedures, work instructions, and operational standards.
• Coordinate collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
• Support logistics projects including process standardization, digital transformation, automation, and warehouse optimization.
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
