A leading logistics consulting firm in London is seeking a Logistic Manager responsible for overseeing 3PL operations across the EMEA area. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of logistics/supply chain management experience, holds a relevant degree, and is skilled in Microsoft applications. The role offers a competitive salary of £75-80,000 per annum along with additional benefits.

The job holder is to be responsible for all aspects of logistics operations including Third Party Logistics (3PL) project management, completing tasks as assigned to support sales, merchandising, factory, forwarder and warehouse within the branches in EMEA area.

3PL project management: Own the new logistics of the company in EMEA area by collaborating with 3PL, Head Quarter, and parent company’s Logistics Team. Monitor operations and partner with 3PL provider to drive continuous improvement and ensure successful logistics flow through achievement of KPI’s. Adopt a strategic role overseeing the 3PL and warehouse operations.
PO Shipment/delivery management: Monitor and update promptly the confirmed vs requested production/delivery schedule of each milestone dates to give each stakeholder a clear picture for production/delivery status for sales deliveries. Conduct outstanding logistics management/decisions through multi-dimensional approach considering forecast & sales order balance and pull forward & push back methodology to optimize capacities & constraints.
Purchase Order Input Management: Manage the purchase order input to the system by collaborating with the Merchandising team.
Carrier Management: Owns EMEA Carrier Management for AEB. Drives down costs by ownership of negotiation with all carriers and partners within Logistics. Establishes KPI management and measurements for all service providers.
Others: Control budget of warehouse, freight, and courier costs balancing quality and competitive prices. Process disputes on factory invoices to improve the payment processes in Accounts Payable Department. Vendor management and payments.
