Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Asset Management Specialist / Data Centre Logistics to manage IT hardware assets, control inventory, and handle inbound/outbound shipments across data centres.

You will maintain documentation, use barcode/PDA scanners, support cross-functional teams, and ensure reliable logistics with timely task completion.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse/logistics, proficiency in Excel and WMS, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Leaving Cert is required.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations, supply chain management, inventory control, retail, or a related IT environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Good communication skills and strong learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and unpack incoming goods; sign for packages; prepare computer kits for distribution; update inventory records.
• Count boxes; perform basic troubleshooting on defective goods (RMA).
• Operate and maintain documentation including shipping accounts, barcodes, inventory records, and monthly reports.
• Utilize barcode and PDA scanners to perform inventory operations.
• Deliver consistent customer service with attention to detail and timely task completion.
• Maintain a detailed log of all items shipped, received, or moved within the area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and operations staff to ensure smooth workflows and resolve logistics issues.
