Job summary

Lime is hiring a Global Operations Analyst to join our Fleet Management team. Reporting to the Fleet Management leader, you will help turn operational data, stakeholder input, and recurring business needs into reliable processes and clear actions across global markets.

You will work closely with Local Ops, Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional partners to maintain critical operating rhythms, improve visibility, and scale Fleet Management programs as the business evolves.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience owning recurring operational work, reporting, coordination, or process execution in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable working with operational data and using spreadsheets, dashboards, or similar reporting tools to investigate issues and communicate findings.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and ability to translate complex information into practical next steps.
• Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining detail and follow-through.
• Process-improvement mindset: identify patterns, clarify ownership, and turn one-off work into scalable processes.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with the judgment to work across global teams, functions, and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of established recurring reporting and operating rhythms across Fleet Management, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and actionable.
• Build, maintain, and improve queries, dashboards, and recurring reports using established data sources and templates.
• Investigate fleet-management issues with Local Ops and other stakeholders, and resolve gaps.
• Coordinate operational programs across warehouse transitions, battery operations, training, and compliance reporting.
• Drive day-to-day operating cadence, action tracking, status updates, and escalation of risks or blockers.
• Identify data and process gaps, clarify ownership, and improve reporting quality and responsiveness.
