Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics in Oslo is seeking a Sales Manager Modernization & Lifecycle Solutions to drive growth of our Retrofit, Modification & Revision (RMR) business across the region. You will identify opportunities, develop tailored modernization solutions, and convert them into successful projects.

You will collaborate with Service Account Managers and customers to expand our installed base, promote modernization initiatives, and deliver long‑term value through innovative automation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical sales, service sales, modernization projects, or business development.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and achieve order intake targets for RMR projects in the region.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with Service Account Managers.
Translate customer needs into commercial opportunities and create tailored solutions.
Manage the complete sales process from lead to contract and handover.
