Tieto Banktech Loans owns the lending and financing solutions used by a large number of banks. As Product Manager, you will combine strategic thinking, customer and technology understanding, and strong execution skills to link customer needs with developer capabilities and architectural frameworks.

You will join a team of product managers, developers and architects and shape the product strategy and roadmap for your area, ensuring scalable, secure, and commercially relevant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management, business development, or similar.
• Led real modernization, digitalization, or transformation projects.
• Experience from banking, finance, or other complex industries.
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for lending and financing solutions.
• Act as the link between customers, developers and architects to simplify complex work and deliver value.
• Define and communicate product vision and strategy clearly, driving needed change.
• Prioritize based on customer value, business goals and technical realities.
