Tieto Banktech Loans owns the lending and financing solutions used by a large number of banks. As Product Manager, you will combine strategic thinking, customer and technology understanding, and strong execution skills to link customer needs with developer capabilities and architectural frameworks.

You will join a team of product managers, developers and architects and shape the product strategy and roadmap for your area, ensuring scalable, secure, and commercially relevant outcomes.

• Extensive experience in product management, business development, or similar.
• Led real modernization, digitalization, or transformation projects.
• Experience from banking, finance, or other complex industries.
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, verbally and in writing.

• You have extensive experience in product management, business development or similar
• You have completed or led real modernization, digitalization or transformation projects – from start to delivery
• You have experience from banking, finance or similar complex industries
• You understand customer needs, business goals and technological opportunities.
• You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing
• As a person, you prioritize clearly – saying yes to what should be done, and no to what isn’t right for us.
