Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience developing and operating production software.
• Experience with backend engineering, APIs, integrations and scalable service architectures.
• Experience applying machine learning and AI technologies to create business value.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated delivery, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
• You are a collaborative and pragmatic engineer who takes ownership and solves complex problems.
• Bonus: Java and Spring or Spring Boot, OpenShift or Kubernetes, and AI orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cross-functional autonomous team with ownership of a well-defined domain.
• Identify where AI can create real value in banking products and engineering practices.
• Shape practical patterns, architectures and best practices for secure and reliable AI-enabled solutions.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to understand, analyze and modernize existing technology.
• Help teams evaluate new tools and adopt AI-supported workflows across development, testing and operations.
