Job summary

Tieto Banktech is seeking a Product Manager to own the product strategy for lending and financing solutions and to lead the link between customers, developers, and architects. You will ensure scalable, secure, and commercially relevant outcomes while shaping the product vision across the domain.

You will work with product managers, developers, and architects to prioritize by customer value and business goals, delivering impact through clear roadmaps and strong execution.

Qualifications

• You have extensive experience in product management, business development or similar.
• You have completed or led real modernization, digitalization or transformation projects – from start to delivery.
• You have experience from banking, finance or similar complex industries.
• You understand customer needs, business goals and technological opportunities.
• You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing.

We are looking for a Product Manager who wants to be part of Tieto Banktech. Tieto Banktech powers some of the Nordics’ most trusted banking systems with secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. Using automation, data, AI, and cloud, supported by hands‑on guidance, we help banks modernize their core, strengthen trust, and deliver greater impact across the banking experience.

Tieto Banktech Loans owns the lending and financing solutions used by a large number of banks in Norway. As Product Manager, you will combine strategic thinking, an understanding of both customers and technology, and strong execution skills. You are the link between customer needs, developer capabilities and architectural frameworks and you make complex work simpler, not harder.
