Job summary

GoodFit is hiring a Team Lead Solutions Engineer to guide a small team of two, bridging pre- and post-sales work. You will translate client needs into actionable datasets, help clients integrate data with their GTM tools, and collaborate with product teams to drive continual improvement.

You will work closely with commercial teams at fast-growing B2B companies, advocate for client needs, and ensure high-quality delivery while coaching your team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solutions / Sales Engineering or Forward Deployment Engineering within SaaS or Data industries.
• Strong technical skills in data analysis and data wrangling.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and basic SQL, JSON data structures and API functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales: conduct discovery sessions to translate needs into bespoke datasets and demos.
• Data Analysis: interpret data in GoodFit platform and educate prospects on dataset definitions.
• Onboarding: guide clients through configurations and GTM data enrichment in their tools.
• Client Support: manage communications and help clients adjust datasets and data processes.
• Internal Collaboration: relay client feedback to product/engineering and document best practices.
• Team Lead: ensure workload management, prioritisation, and high team performance.
