GoodFit is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, requirements and delivery for our rapidly evolving B2B SaaS platform. You will partner with a dedicated squad of developers, collaborate with design and stakeholders, and ship solutions that delight customers and drive business results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS (B2B) is required.
• Ability to own discovery, requirements and delivery of product initiatives.
• Strong discovery skills: customer interviews, market discovery, and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to write sharp, actionable product requirements and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery to release, aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with a development squad to plan sprints and deliver high-quality features.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to understand needs, pain points and opportunities.
• Translate insights into clear requirements and define success metrics for delivery and iteration.
• Work cross-functionally with designers, developers and stakeholders to ensure feasible, customer-driven solutions.
• Use analytics and user feedback to validate hypotheses and improve product outcomes.
