Job summary

IO Associates is seeking a Principal Technical Solutions Architect for a London-based, hybrid role. You will head Technical AI Solutions Architecture for a major UK Government AI programme, shaping end-to-end AI-powered digital services used by millions of citizens.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience as a Technical/Solutions Architect, leading architecture teams (4–8+ people) and delivering AI-enabled products with strong AWS Serverless and Bedrock expertise.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Technical Architect or Solutions Architect (not EA focus).
Proven track record designing, building and launching user-facing digital products, apps and web services.
Experience leading architecture functions and managing teams of architects (4-8+ people).
Strong experience delivering AI-enabled products with end users in mind (chat bots, etc).
Deep AWS expertise including Serverless, Bedrock and cloud-native architectures.
Experience defining technical strategy, governance, standards and best practice across large organisations.
