Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant to join our London Professional Services team. You will train, advise and consult with customers to optimise their use of our AI work platform during implementations or ongoing managed services engagements.

You will lead AI transformation projects, design tailored solutions including configurations, automations, and reporting, and manage relationships with client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementation consulting, managed services, customer success or technical project management.
• Led software implementation or managed services projects with hands-on build/configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Generative/Agentic AI tools and leveraging AI to streamline workflows.
• Experience with project management, CRM, service desk or collaborative work management software.
• Strong PM and problem-solving skills rooted in computational thinking and systems design.
• Detail-oriented with ability to learn new concepts, business models and technologies.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills; able to communicate to non-technical audiences.
• Foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and integration tools (make.com) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy; proactive and adaptable.
• BA or BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation and implementation projects for customers, designing tailored solutions.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
• Design workflows and data structures within the platform; coordinate migrations & integrations.
• Leverage Generative/Agentic AI tools to accelerate design and deliver intelligent workflows.
• Act as project manager for small to mid-sized projects with plans, timelines and budgets.
• Lead online webinars, consultations, and demos to educate customers on features.
• Advocate for customer needs and influence product roadmap.
