Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Junior Account Manager in Oslo to grow and nurture a portfolio of retail partners. You will build strong relationships, use data to drive performance, and deliver results for Wolt, our partners, and customers.

You'll work with Looker for analytics, develop quarterly business reviews, and support cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, and partnerships. Fluent Norwegian and English are required, with 1–3 years in B2B sales or account management.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of success in account management or B2B sales with clear commercial impact.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster partner relationships with your portfolio of key accounts.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to deepen relationships, review performance, and develop forward-looking strategies.
• Drive revenue growth of Wolt and partners in your portfolio by improving venue performance through a data-based approach.
