• Higher education in finance, business administration, accounting or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience from controlling, accounting, auditing, finance or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and contribute to sound financial management of the operations by turning data into clear recommendations and decision support.
• Support the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycle, including month-end closing, reporting, KPIs and variance analysis and contribute to developing and improving routines and tools.
• Contribute to preparing budgets, forecasts, business cases and financial analyses in cooperation with the business units.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous development within the area.
• Develop analyses using Power BI, AI-enabled tools and other digital solutions to improve transparency, efficiency and decision-making across the organization.
• Ensure quality and consistency in financial data and reports.
