Job summary

DNO Norge AS is seeking an IT Support Engineer to be the first contact for IT support across DNO. You will work with the infrastructure team to keep the hybrid server and network environment running smoothly.

The role requires 2-5 years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, and fluency in English. We offer training, a competitive pension and insurance plan, and an extra week of annual leave. The position is based in Stavanger.

Qualifications

2 to 5 years of IT support experience, focusing on end-user support
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and AI technologies
Fluent in English and able to work in Norway
Experience with servers, networks and systems maintenance is beneficial

Responsibilities

Handle incidents and service requests from users, from first contact to resolution
Set up, configure and maintain client devices, user accounts and access rights
Assist with routine maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of servers, network and systems
Document solutions and contribute to improving routines and knowledge base
Collaborate with IT team to improve services
Keep up to date with developments in Microsoft 365, AI technologies and related tools
