Job summary

DNO ASA is hiring an IT Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for IT support across the organization. You will work with our infrastructure team to maintain a hybrid server and network environment, providing proactive service and learning new technologies.

The role requires 2–5 years of IT support experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Applicants must have valid authorization to work in Norway and the Stavanger office is the base for this

Qualifications

• Relevant education within IT, or documented equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of IT support experience focusing on end-user support, server and network management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and related technologies is desirable.
• ITIL knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support across DNO.
• Support hybrid IT environment alongside senior colleagues.
• Handle incidents and service requests from first contact to resolution.
• Set up, configure and maintain client devices, user accounts and access rights.
• Assist with routine maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of servers, network and systems.
• Document solutions and contribute to improving routines and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with IT team to improve services.
• Stay updated on Microsoft 365, AI, and related technologies.
