Job summary

Reporting to the Director, HS&E, you will drive safety excellence, support COR certification, regulatory compliance, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of health, safety and environment experience in construction, utilities, or field operations.
• Knowledge of Ontario health and safety legislation; Alberta regulations are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety programs and ensure safe work practices across the organization.
• Assist with inspections, incident prevention, hazard assessments and regulatory compliance.
• Support COR certification, audits, and documentation for Ontario and Alberta.
• Coordinate health and safety training programs, onboarding, and reporting of training completion.
• Maintain safety records and generate dashboards to track metrics and trends.
