Job summary

Head Energy Group seeks an experienced Project HSSEQ Manager to lead Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality activities across the project lifecycle. You will provide strategic and hands-on HSSEQ leadership, coordinating with management, contractors and stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant project outcomes.

The role involves office work and site visits, developing project-specific HSSEQ plans, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of HSSE and Quality standards (ISO 14001, 45001, 9001).
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Project HSSEQ management across lifecycle stages.
• English working language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSEQ activities across project lifecycle to ensure safety, compliance and quality.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and align with regulations and client expectations.
• Coordinate HSSEQ with management, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Perform risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and lessons learned.
• Provide hands-on HSSEQ support during engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
