Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of HSSE and Quality standards (ISO 14001, 45001, 9001).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial projects.
• Experience with quality assurance, surveillance, and control.
• Experience with complex industrial projects involving fabrication/construction.
• LEAN experience is advantageous.
• Practical experience with HSE and Quality responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HSSEQ activities across the project lifecycle with site visits.
• Develop and maintain project HSSEQ plans and management systems.
• Provide HSSEQ leadership and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Monitor performance via audits, inspections, and KPI reporting.
• Lead incident investigations and implement lessons learned.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordination with stakeholders.
