Job summary

Sensori Group, a Sisk Company, seeks a Senior EHS Advisor to translate policy into practical site controls and embed a proactive safety culture across construction, commissioning and maintenance activities. You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits, manage subcontractor EHS performance, and deliver monthly KPI packs while traveling to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety; 5+ years site-based EHS experience on construction, MEP, electrical or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve project EHS plans, RAMS and PSCS documentation.
• Lead site inspections and administrative audits; document findings and drive corrective actions.
• Lead risk assessments, COSHH reviews and method statement development; ensure controls are implemented.
• Review and approve permits to work, LOTO and safe switching documentation for LV/MV/HV activities.
• Lead root‑cause investigations for accidents and near misses; produce reports and corrective actions.
• Coordinate EHS training records; deliver toolbox talks, inductions and targeted coaching.
• Maintain compliance with ISO45001, ISO14001 and local regulations; updates as needed.
• Implement waste reduction, recycling and pollution‑prevention measures; monitor environmental performance.
