Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs on-site in Telemark, Norway. You will oversee HSE standards compliance and site operations across large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HSE, has 5–8 years of construction HSE experience, and possesses NEBOSH IGC and ISO 45001 certifications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in construction HSE management.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH IGC and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site HSE operations and act as main HSE contact.
• Conduct daily site inspections and issue safety observations.
• Develop and maintain site HSE plans and emergency procedures.
