Job summary

Zalaris HR Services Norway AS is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join a nine-person team across three sites, supporting 44 clients in Norway. You will ensure smooth HR and payroll service delivery and manage SAP-related processes while driving compliance and operational excellence.

You will act as the main client liaison, optimize KPIs, manage service-related financials, and lead automation initiatives with nearshore/offshore teams. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Experience from HR outsourcing, accounting, IT or related business areas.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM, global payroll, and partner management.
• Previous experience in administrative roles.
• Experience as a team leader or with people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery.
• Guarantee services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting, and analysing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of your client’s service-related financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
• Efficiently assist in managing change request implementation processes by coordinating testing, deployments, and system enhancements within the payroll platform with our dedicated Change Order Team.
• Ensure adherence to Zalaris’ internal controls, policies, and compliance standards.
• Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.g., RPA), transition activities to nearshore/offshore teams, and identify further cost optimization opportunities.
• Foster strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery.
