Job summary

Zalaris is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead HR and payroll services for 44 clients across Norway, coordinating SAP-related processes and ensuring compliance. You will manage client relationships, monitor KPIs, and drive cost optimization with cross-location collaboration.

The role requires strong Norwegian and English, HR/payroll knowledge, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Hybrid work options and professional growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Proven HR administration and payroll knowledge.
• Experience in HR outsourcing, IT, or related areas.
• Experience with CRM and process optimization.
• Analytical mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact ensuring excellent service.
• Ensure delivery aligns with SLAs; monitor KPIs.
• Own client service-related financials: budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring.
• Assist change requests; coordinate testing, deployments, enhancements in payroll platform.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Lead automation initiatives (e.g., RPA) and offshoring transitions.
• Collaborate with other Zalaris units for integrated delivery.
