Salute Inc. is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to guide site engineers across European locations, delivering technical, security, MEP, and infrastructure services with a focus on reliability and client satisfaction.

You’ll lead operational governance, onboarding, client engagements, and multi-site project delivery, with up to 50% travel. This hybrid role requires based in Norway to support a key client while coordinating with additional European sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with leadership experience required.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments and strong mentoring abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client-facing at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead site engineers across multiple European locations.
• Mentor, coach and develop teams; promote growth and engagement.
• Oversee onboarding processes and maintain process consistency across sites.
• Provide 24/7 escalation support on a rotational basis.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure service quality.
• Govern MOPs/SOPs and Change Management with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate major activities across sites and manage multiple projects.
