Job summary

Dovre Solutions is a trusted global provider of high-value project management services for the oil and gas industry. We seek an experienced Project Manager to administer frame agreements and ensure budgets and contract obligations are met.

The role requires 5–10 years PM experience, an engineering background, and strong English and Norwegian communication. You will engage with contractors, manage risks, and drive process adherence across projects.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience in oil and gas.
• Engineering background with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Strong management focus and cost-optimization mindset.
• Open, proactive, and close to the customer and team.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Administration of the projects in frame agreements with customers, both in M&M contracts and other modification projects.
• Assure and reach the company’s budget and financial results for the projects assigned.
• Execute and fulfill all obligations that is agreed in contracts (HSE, Quality, financial and plan targets).
• Manage external interfaces with other Contractors.
• Assure that the company’s methods and systems are used in accordance with work processes.
• Assure that the organization has the required and relevant knowledge of regulations, standards and procedures.
• Perform active management of projects assigned.
• Perform active risk and change management within projects assigned.

Function

• Administration of the projects in the frame agreements with customers, both in M&M contracts and other modification projects.

Requirements

• Be close to the customer and the team.
• Have good communication skills, both in writing and oral – English and Norwegian.
