Job summary

Diversey, with Lilleborg AS, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Norwegian business during a period of growth and transformation. You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, design, and employee engagement across a complex multinational environment.

Reporting to the Nordic HRBP Manager, you will drive local implementation of global HR programmes, manage onboarding and change initiatives, and collaborate with Centres of Excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' HRBP or Senior HR Generalist experience.
• Fluent Norwegian and English.
• Strong knowledge of Norwegian labour law and employee relations.
• Experience within a multinational or matrix organisation.
• Experience with Workday HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategy and employee engagement.
• Advise managers on employee relations, Norwegian labour law and collective bargaining agreements.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, performance management and succession planning activities.
• Support organisational change, transformation initiatives and business integration projects.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR Centres of Excellence, including Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services.
• Drive local implementation of global HR programmes, policies and processes.

Location & Travel

• Minimum 2-3 days per week in the office
