Diversey (Lilleborg, a Solenis company) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Norwegian business during a period of growth, organisational transformation, and continuous improvement. Based in Oslo with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with leaders to shape workforce planning, talent strategy and employee engagement across a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist experience.
• Fluent Norwegian and English.
• Strong knowledge of Norwegian labour law and employee relations.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organisation.
• HRIS Workday experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategy and employee engagement.
• Advise managers on employee relations, Norwegian labour law and collective bargaining agreements.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, performance management and succession planning activities.
• Support organisational change, transformation initiatives and business integration projects.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR Centres of Excellence, including Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services.
• Drive local implementation of global HR programmes, policies and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Experience within a multinational and/or matrix organisation.
• Proven experience supporting organisational change and business transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• HRIS Workday experience
• Additional Scandinavian language skills.

Location & Travel

• Oslo (Hybrid)
• Minimum 2-3 days per week in the office
