Job summary

Diversey (Lilleborg), a Solenis company, is seeking an HR Business Partner in Oslo for a hybrid role. You will partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy and employee engagement while advising on Norwegian labour law and industrial relations.

You will lead onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and change initiatives in a multinational, matrix environment, collaborating with global HR centres of excellence to implement local HR programmes.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist experience.
• Fluent Norwegian and English.
• Strong knowledge of Norwegian labour law, employee relations and industrial relations.
• Experience in a multinational and/or matrix organisation.
• Proven experience supporting organisational change and business transformation.
• HRIS Workday experience and additional Scandinavian language skills.

Responsibilities
