Job summary

Diversity and inclusion-driven company Diversey (Lilleborg), a Solenis company, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Oslo. The role is hybrid, partnering with business leaders to shape workforce strategy and transform people programs.

You will support Norwegian HR operations in a multinational setting, driving change, managing stakeholder relationships, and enhancing employee engagement while aligning with global HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist experience.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Strong knowledge of Norwegian labour law and labour relations.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organisations.
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategy and employee engagement.
• Advise managers on employee relations, Norwegian labour law and collective bargaining agreements.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, performance management and succession planning activities.
• Support organisational change, transformation initiatives and business integration projects.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR Centres of Excellence, including Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services.
• Drive local implementation of global HR programmes, policies and processes.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Norwegian business (Lilleborg AS) during an exciting period of growth, organisational transformation, and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Nordic HRBP Manager, you will partner closely with business leaders, providing both strategic and operational HR support across a complex multinational environment.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategy and employee engagement.

• Proven experience supporting organisational change and business transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• HRIS Workday experience
• Additional Scandinavian language skills.

Location & Travel

Oslo (Hybrid)

Minimum 2-3 days per week in the office
