As Helly Hansen Sport continues to grow, we are expanding our Product Development Team and are looking for an experienced and passionate Pattern Maker to join us for this full-time, permanent position at our headquarters in Oslo.
At Helly Hansen Sport, we develop professional-grade garments trusted by professionals around the world. As a Pattern Maker, you will play a critical role in transforming product concepts into functional, durable, and well-fitting garments. You and the Pattern Team will collaborate closely with Design and Product Development to ensure that our products meet the Helly Hansen standards of fit, comfort, performance, and quality.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical garment construction knowledge with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for creating garments that perform in demanding environments.
You will report to our Team Manager in our Pattern Team.
You are curious, solution-oriented, and motivated by helping bring compliant, high-quality products to market. You enjoy working across teams and are comfortable navigating both technical requirements and business priorities.
