As Helly Hansen Workwear continues to grow, we are expanding our Product Development Team and are looking for an experienced and passionate Pattern Maker to join us for this full-time, permanent position at our headquarters in Oslo.
At Helly Hansen Workwear, we develop professional-grade garments trusted by workers around the world. As a Pattern Maker, you will play a critical role in transforming product concepts into functional, durable, and well-fitting garments. You and the Pattern Team will collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Certification Team and our supplier partners to ensure that our products meet the Helly Hansen standards of fit, comfort, performance, and quality.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical garment construction knowledge with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for creating workwear that performs in demanding working environments.
You will report to Senior Pattern Maker Workwear and Design and Development Director Workwear.
You are curious, solution-oriented, and motivated by helping bring compliant, high-quality products to market. You enjoy working across teams and are comfortable navigating both technical requirements and business priorities.
