Job summary

Motive AS in Stavanger seeks a Head of Delivery to lead the Motive AS operational and project teams, ensuring financial viability, safety and successful project delivery. You will drive forecasting, process improvements, and KPI achievement while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relations.

The role requires extensive leadership in Rentals or related sectors, with proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results within a Norwegian context.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marine Engineering and Construction within Norway.
• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within Rentals or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial accounts.
• Proven strategic planning and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Motive AS operational and project teams.
• Ensure financial viability, sustainability, and achievement of KPIs.
• Drive process improvements, forecasting, and positive coaching culture.
• Collaborate with European Leadership Team to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Promote safety, sustainability, and responsible sourcing.
