Neodrill AS is seeking two Project Managers to lead customer projects from kick-off to final delivery, emphasising safety, quality, cost and delivery. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, customers and suppliers, owning plans, equipment fabrication and mobilisations, and driving continuous improvements.

The role demands technical insight, commercial curiosity, and the ability to influence technology, customer experience, and business direction within a growing CAN

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education or strong relevant industry experience.
• Experience in project management and project execution.
• Technical understanding combined with commercial awareness.
• Confident communication in English and Norwegian.
• Experience from subsea, drilling, offshore mobilisation, fabrication or marine operations is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Planning and executing customer projects with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, customers and suppliers as a key contact across the project phases.
• Turn plans into action: ensure equipment fabrication and mobilisation as required.
• Take commercial responsibility for projects, including budget and cost control.
• Ensure clear and effective project reporting and compliance with QHSE requirements.
