Stavanger kommune søker en engasjert head nurse til vår korttidsavdeling ved Haugåstunet sykehjem. Lederen skal skape en kultur preget av samarbeid, faglig refleksjon og kontinuerlig forbedring, og lede endrings- og utviklingsarbeid i tråd med kommunens mål.

Qualifications

• Autorisert sykepleier med erfaring fra kommunal helse- eller spesialisthelsetjeneste.
• Gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk, muntlig og skriftlig.
• Ledererfaring eller formell lederutdanning er ønskelig.
• Gode digitale ferdigheter.

Do you want to lead a ward that makes a difference every day?

Haugåstunet nursing home is seeking an engaged and development-oriented head nurse for our short-term ward. The ward has an important societal mission with assessment, rehabilitation, treatment and follow-up of patients who will return to their own homes or move on to another level of care.

The short-term ward is facing an exciting development journey. We are looking for a leader who can build a culture characterized by collaboration, mastery, professional reflection and improvement work. Responsibilities

• Professional, personnel-related and administrative management of the ward
• Ensure safe services and good patient safety
• Contribute to good resource management and financial follow-up
• Participate actively in the organization's management team and contribute to the development of the entire nursing home
• Lead change and development work in line with the municipality's goals and strategies
• Lead culture and change work with a focus on collaboration, accountability and employee participation.
• Contribute to developing a workplace characterized by learning, continuous improvement and sharing of competence.
• Strengthen the ward's ability to work structured and solution-oriented also during periods of high activity.
• Build a culture where employees experience mastery, influence and shared responsibility for the results.

Qualifications

• Authorized nurse
• Experience from the municipal health service or the specialist health service
• Leadership education is desirable. Relevant leadership experience can compensate for lack of formal leadership education.
• Good digital competence
• Good oral and written communication skills in Norwegian
