Job summary

Kragerø Resort Drift AS is seeking a positive, service-minded individual to join our Food & Beverage team in a fast-paced resort setting. You will welcome guests, serve in our restaurant, bar, and at events, and help ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Fluency in English plus a Scandinavian language is preferred, and previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not required. You will work with colleagues to upsell, maintain high standards, and contribute to a friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Serve food and beverages in restaurant, bar, and during events.
• Upsell through knowledge of menu, beverages, and wine list.
• Prepare and maintain facilities before, during, and after service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
