Job summary

Norway’s Best Group is hiring waiters to enhance dining experiences at Narvikfjellet and its associated venues. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, and collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth, high-quality service.

English and Norwegian language skills are required, with additional Scandinavian languages a benefit. The role supports a dynamic, seasonal tourism environment and the goal of memorable guest visits.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate well with guests and colleagues in English and Norwegian or another Scandinavian language.
• Experience in restaurant service is an advantage; willingness to learn is valued.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Serve food and drinks and answer questions about the menu.
• Work closely with colleagues in the restaurant and kitchen.
• Keep work areas tidy and organised, follow routines and help daily operations run smoothly.
• Listen to guest feedback and suggest improvements.
