Job summary

Crunched is building an autonomous AI analyst that works directly inside Excel, empowering strategy, finance, and advisory workflows. You will build and ship autonomous AI workflows, collaborate across Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, FastAPI and LangGraph, and own features from architecture to production operations in a small, ambitious team in Oslo.

You will own features end-to-end, improve reliability and observability, and ship production systems with high ownership.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend or full-stack fundamentals.
• Experience shipping production systems with high ownership.
• Practical interest in LLMs, agents and reliable AI systems.
• On-site in Oslo five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship autonomous AI workflows used by professional customers.
• Work across Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, FastAPI and LangGraph.
• Own features from architecture and implementation to production operation.
• Improve reliability, evaluation, observability and user experience.
