You will work with Growth, Product, and Commercial teams to translate growth ideas into working solutions across the complete user journey—from acquisition and onboarding to activation, conversion, retention, and referral.

Responsibilities

• Build across the funnel: Improve acquisition, signup, onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, and referral.
• Run experiments: Design, build, launch, and evaluate frequent growth experiments.
• Improve the product experience: Identify friction points and create faster value for users.
• Build growth infrastructure: Implement tracking, analytics, attribution, feature flags, and experimentation tools.
• Create growth experiences: Design engaging experiences that drive adoption and retention.
