Our mission is to help architects bring their vision to life. We’re building a web-based application for architects that speed up their design workflows and makes high-quality visualization accessible to a wider audience.

We have experienced rapid growth in recent months and we are hiring to further scale the company. We have customers in over 120 different countries, including leading offices such as Nordic, Leo A Daly, and S+A, who collectively have generated over 6 million visualizations on our platform since the company was established in 2023.

We’ve raised over €3 million from leading Nordic investors to date, helping us build toward our mission. We’re now looking for talented individuals who want to challenge the status quo and reinvent how architects and industry professionals communicate their designs.

What you will do

As a product-led growth company, content is at the heart of raising awareness about Visoid and ensuring the right users discover and embrace our platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with the entire team to shape how Visoid is communicated to the world. You’ll take charge of making sure every architect in the world knows about Visoid, uses the application, succeeds, and converts.

You’ll own the content we present, creating it yourself and managing the team behind it.

Social Media Manager at Visoid, you will:

• Own our social presence: Every piece of visual material that goes out passes through you.
• Create content yourself: Produce engaging social content that drives awareness.
• Coordinate the content we produce: Keep everything on-brand and aligned with our communication strategy. Deliveries happen on schedule and everybody knows what to do.
• Run the Creator Program: Recruit and manage creators posting about Visoid across platforms. Review their content, guide improvements, and make sure quality stays on-brand.

• Experience with briefing, guiding, or coordinating other creators.
• Hands‑on experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
• Comfortable in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience driving social media engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly through compelling storytelling.
• Experience or interest in design, architecture, or other creative fields.
• Familiarity with social platform algorithms and what drives organic reach on each.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a growing startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills and interest in working cross‑functionally with sales, product, and growth teams.
• Advanced degree or certifications in architecture or design.
• Advanced degree or certifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Work experience with architectural design and/or visualization design.
• Experience working at a software company in a commercial role.
• Familiarity of generative AI tools or experience promoting AI‑powered products.
• Personal social media presence on Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn.

We are looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The optional qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

We prioritize candidates that are either are already located in Oslo, or who have an existing right to work in Norway and are willing to relocate to Oslo.
